BCA Expo 2023, building upon its previous successes in attracting attendees, is returning once again in a hybrid format. The venue is set at ICE BSD Tangerang, with offline events scheduled from 8th to 10th September 2023, within Halls 5-10. Additionally, online events will also be conducted from 8th September to 8th October 2023, accessible via the website www.expo.bca.co.id.
BCA Expo 2023 Opening Ceremony on Friday (8/9) were attended by BCA Director Santoso, BCA Director Haryanto Budiman, BCA EVP Consumer Loan and Chairman of BCA Expo 2023 Committee Welly Yandoko, along with BCA Finance Director and Vice Chairman of BCA Expo 2023 Committee Petrus Karim.
At the same event, BCA Director Subur Tan, BCA Director Antonius Widodo Mulyono, BMW Group Indonesia VP Sales & Network Development Bayu Riyanto, and BMW Group Indonesia Regional Manager Adrian Quintano also took part in the first launch of the BMW i7 and BMW XM in Indonesia.
BCA Director Haryanto Budiman emphasized that BCA is once again hosting BCA Expo 2023 with the primary goal of extending profound appreciation to its customers, business partners, and the wider public for their trust and support. He remarked, "Currently, we manage over 37 million BCA accounts, with approximately 80 million daily transactions. To express our gratitude to our loyal customers and our commitment to fostering national economic growth, we proudly reintroduce BCA Expo 2023."
Haryanto further highlighted that BCA Expo 2023 is being held in the same week as the National Customer Day's summit, which falls on 4th September 2023 underlining BCA's commitment to its "Customer First" philosophy. This philosophy revolves around the continuous delivery of top-notch services to all valued customers, including those pursuing their dream homes or ideal vehicles.
BCA Expo 2023’s offline event, taking place at ICE BSD City in Tangerang, is set to be a captivating showcase with more than 27 developer groups headlining the event. Simultaneously, the online event will cater to a vast audience, accommodating over 100 developer groups, 300 project developers, and 100 property agent offices. This digital platform will feature an impressive array of over 700 property listings, making it the ideal destination for individuals on the quest for their dream home.
The event is also enlivened by 23 prestigious car brands, including Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, BMW, Honda, and electric vehicles from 10 different manufacturers. In the motorcycle segment, BCA partnered with 29 motorcycle brands, further enhancing the diversity of this sector. Among them are Harley Davidson, Ducati, Yamaha, Kawasaki, as well as seven electric motorcycle brands, such as Polytron, Alva, and Selis.
To help customers realize their dream of owning a home, BCA introduces the #BeriRingan program. This program offers a special fixed interest rate of 2.75% p.a for one year on BCA’s KPR, along with a 25% commission discount and a 10% discount on life insurance. Additionally, BCA provides a special interest rate program for BCA’s KKB aimed at customers who want to own their dream vehicle. This program offers a flat interest rate of 2.6% p.a for a 3-year term, with a 0% down payment option. BCA also offers a unique down payment program for BCA’s KSM, starting from Rp888,000 off the on-the-road price, and a special KSM interest rate of 5.13% per year for the purchase of premium motorcycles exclusively available to BCA Solitaire and Prioritas customers.
In addition to offering exclusive deals in the consumer credit sector, BCA Expo featured booths representing tourism villages and schools supported by Bakti BCA. These booths included Kampung Batik Gemah Sumilir in Pekalongan, Wayang Tourism Village in Wukirsari, Yogyakarta, and the Ecoprint crafts of SMAN 1 Karangmojo in Gunungkidul. Bakti BCA also showcased three Plasticpay plastic bottle exchange machines. The collected plastic bottles from visitors will be recycled into eco-friendly fiber fabric, serving as the basic material for environmentally friendly products. Additionally, there were 10 BCA Bangga Lokal products, including HMNS, Kanky, Batik Putera Ningrat, Prabu, and Flicka Bags.
Welly Yandoko said that the event was also enlivened by subsidiaries, namely BCA Digital, BCA Life, BCA Sekuritas, BCA Syariah, and BCA Insurance. Various banking and financial solutions can be utilized by customers, ranging from business financing, protection, to opening debit and credit card accounts, and myBCA.

For additional information, as of June 2023, BCA's total loans increased by 9.0% YoY to Rp735.9 trillion. The highest growth came from the consumer loan segment, strengthened by mortgage growth of 12.0% YoY to reach Rp114.6 trillion and KKB 19.2% YoY to Rp51.4 trillion. Commercial and MSME loans rose 10.9% YoY to reach Rp219.2 trillion, while corporate loans grew 5.1% YoY to Rp326.0 trillion.
