Jakarta, 29 May 2019 - Throughout the Eid Mubarak 2019 holiday period, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) continues to keep its commitment to provide the best customer service. Below is the adjustment of BCA branch operations during Eid Mubarak 2019:

Despite the Eid al-Fitr holiday, customers may also utilize BCA services, anywhere and anytime, through BCA electronic banking channels, such as internet banking (KlikBCA), BCA mobile as well as performing transactions at more than 17,000 BCA ATMs.
As for customers who wish to deposit cash, they may use BCA SETAR (Setor-Tarik – Deposit-Withdraw) ATMs scattered in many locations. Or utilize the Cardless Withdawal facility that can be accessed through BCA mobile and Sakuku.
During the Eid al-Fitr holiday, BCA has prepared hard cash to anticipate increased public demand for money. “We will prepare around Rp51 trillion in this Eid holiday to anticipate the increase on public demand for cash for Eid purposes,” explained President Director of BCA Jahja Setiaatmadja.
To accommodate customers in accessing banking services, BCA offers digital banking facility that remains open at select shopping malls. Customers in Jakarta, Tangerang, and Surabaya, may utilize myBCA digital branches that operate following the shopping malls’ operating hours, Monday to Sunday between 10.00-22.00 WIB. During the Eid holiday, two BCA Express will remain open from 3-7 June 2019, namely BCA Express Atrium Senen and BCA Express Metropolitan Mall Cileungsi.
The Bank BCA will also make access to Halo BCA contact center easier. Besides our hotline 1500888, customers can also contact Halo BCA Chat by typing #halobca at WhatsApp number 0811 1500 998. Customer may also enquire about nearest ATM locations or latest promotions by chatting with VIRA through LINE, Google Assistant, and Facebook Messenger.
During the holiday, customers may also utilize Flazz BCA electronic money and promotions at partnered merchants including for food & beverages, bookstore, recreational detinations, and so on.
Banking transactions such as fund transfer has now become easier by simply using the QRku feature on BCA mobile and Sakuku, a transfer solution using QR technology. “Customers can now perform money transfers without having to memorize or type the recipient’s account numbers. Simply share the QR codes, scan it, and your transaction is complete,” Jahja Setiaatmadja said.
