Merchants Can Now Quickly Disburse QRIS Transaction Funds Through BCA, up to 4 Times a Day!

Jakarta, 15 October 2024 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) introduced the Multi-Settlement feature for QRIS transactions within the BCA Merchant application. This feature allows individual micro businesses (UMi) to withdraw funds from static and dynamic QRIS transactions more swiftly and frequently throughout the day. The launch reflects the company's commitment to fostering digital innovation to support the growth of the local business ecosystem.

The Multi-Settlement feature enables micro businesses to transfer funds from QRIS transactions to their accounts up to four times daily. This allows merchants to receive same-day transaction funds, helping them address their business needs more effectively and efficiently.

BCA EVP of Transaction Banking Business Development I Ketut Alam Wangsawijaya stated, “We are committed to meeting the evolving needs of our customers, including entrepreneurs and merchant partners. The Multi-Settlement feature is designed to provide a practical and efficient solution for streamlining business processes. We hope this feature enables merchants to manage their cash flow more smoothly, fulfill their needs, and ultimately drive their business growth.”

The QRIS Multi-Settlement feature enables merchants to select specific times for transferring funds according to a set schedule. Funds are credited to their accounts within 1-2 hours after settlement. Below is the fund disbursement schedule available to business owners:

Dynamic QRIS

1. At 08.10 WIB for transactions made between 04.00-07.59 WIB

2. At 14.10 WIB for transactions made between 08.00-13.59 WIB

3. At 19.10 WIB for transactions made between 14.00-18.59 WIB

4. At 04.10 WIB (D+1) for transactions made between 19.00-03.59 WIB

Static QRIS

1. At 08.10 WIB for settlements on machines before 08.00 WIB

2. At 14.10 WIB for settlements on machines before 14.00 WIB

3. At 19.10 WIB to settlements on the machine before 19.00 WIB

4. At 04.10 WIB to settlements on the machine before 04.00 WIB

BCA takes a proactive approach by offering a range of banking solutions to support businesses of all sizes, including MSMEs. One of BCA's efforts is aligning their digital services with the needs of entrepreneurs through the BCA Merchant application. In addition to the QRIS Multi-Settlement feature, BCA Merchant includes several other important features, such as Merchant Care, real-time transaction notifications, EDC receipt submission, and transaction monitoring for multiple stores.

In addition to introducing new features for disbursing funds from QRIS transactions, BCA continues to provide a range of empowerment initiatives for MSMEs. Some of BCA's support for MSME players includes:

  • Organizing the UMKM Indonesia Go Export Workshop to encourage MSMEs toto explore the export market,
  • Facilitating the issuance of 1,000 halal certificates for MSMEs throughout 2023, and
  • Hosting the BCA UMKM Fest, where the 2024 edition featured over 1,200 MSMEs and recorded a transaction value of more than Rp17 billion.
