“Amid the proliferation of fake accounts on behalf of BCA, we urge customers to remain vigilant and always be on the lookout for scams. We will ONLY contact customers from the official five communication channels,” said Hera.
To avoid any type of fraud schemes on behalf of a bank/other party, we urge customers to:
- Avoid posting personal information on social media
- Beware of suspicious calls, chats, SMS or emails
- Double-check all the information you obtain
