BCA Inaugurates New Building for Bukit Barisan Main Branch Office, Serving with Spacious Banking Hall and Enhanced Parking Facility

Medan, June 19th 2023 – The branch office is an integral part of banking services as it serves as a place for interaction between customers or potential customers and banking professionals. PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA), as a part of the national banking industry, recognizes the importance of providing sufficient branch facilities for customers. BCA's dedication to delivering service excellence is manifested through the official opening of the Bukit Barisan Main Branch Office (KCU) building in Medan.

The inauguration ceremony of this new building was attended by BCA Director Frengky Chandra Kusuma, BCA Director Lianawaty Suwono, Head of OJK Regional 5 North Sumatra Bambang Mukti Riady, Deputy Head of Bank Indonesia Representative Office for North Sumatra Yura Djalins, Deputy Director of OJK's Supervision of Commercial Banks Regional Office 5 North Sumatra Anton Purba, Head of BCA Regional Office V Iwan Santoso Narto, and Head of BCA Bukit Barisan Main Branch Lily Siaw, along with other BCA management members in Medan, on Monday (19/06).

"The manifestation of BCA's unwavering commitment to providing excellent customer service can now be seen through the establishment of the new BCA Bukit Barisan Main Branch building. Today, the Bukit Barisan Main Branch begins its official operations, catering to the banking transaction requirements of customers. The presence of this new building will offer convenient, secure, and comfortable services for both existing and prospective customers in Medan," said Frengky Chandra Kusuma.

The establishment of the Bukit Barisan Main Branch provides a solution for BCA customers in the Medan region who seek convenient and dynamic banking services. Since its inception in 1976, BCA has recognized the rapid growth of Medan. This area boasts shopping centers, office complexes, and star-rated hotels.

BCA Bukit Barisan Main Branch has been serving customers since November 4, 2002. However, the management endeavors to offer an improved service experience to customers by undertaking renovations. This includes the creation of a more spacious banking hall and an expanded parking area. The BCA management anticipates that the presence of the new building for BCA Bukit Barisan Main Branch will enhance the convenience for customers in accessing banking services at the branch.

The new building of BCA Bukit Barisan Main Branch covers a land area of 2,840 square meters and comprises three floors, including a semi-basement floor, along with a spacious parking area. This new branch office features a wide banking hall with various facilities, including Digital Customer Service for ATM card replacement, e-service for printing or replacing savings account books, STAR Teller for teller transactions through machines, and a Priority Lounge, providing customers with enhanced and comprehensive transaction experience.

"The inauguration of this new building is expected to further optimize the service to BCA’s loyal customers and prospective customers in Medan.
