“Along with BCA’s digital transformation, now the public can also conduct a variety of transactions through digital banking solutions, namely BCA mobile or KlikBCA. These two apps will make banking transactions easier, without leaving home,” explained Executive Vice President of Secretariat & Corporate Communication of BCA, Hera F Haryn.
Through BCA mobile, customers can open a new account online, transfer between BCA accounts using QRku, virtual account transfer and interbank transfers, pay taxes, BPJS, telephone and credit cards bills, purchase phone credits and electricity token, block an ATM and credit card and check account and credit card balances.
For corporate customers, they can conduct banking transactions using KlikBCA Bisnis, including transfer between BCA accounts and virtual accounts, interbank transfers and forex transfer to other bank accounts, B2B e-commerce, tax e-billing, account sweeping, payroll, and account statement.
If you still need branch services, BCA Branch Offices continue to operate providing services for customers. To anticipate the prevention of Covid-19, BCA branch offices undertake measures such as sanitizing facilities and infrastructures in the banking hall, counters and seats.
BCA branch offices provide hand sanitizer that are accessible to customers and front liners, organizes social distancing – customer line and elevator. BCA also routinely monitors and maintains of all employees. In addition, the BCA weekend bank service was temporarily canceled on 21 – 22 March 2020 and 28 – 29 March 2020.
Supporting government’s recommendations to work from home, BCA also applies the work from home policy for some employees. This is in line with BCA’s commitment to prioritize the health, safety and comfort of customers, business partners, employees and the public.
