Surabaya, 22 November 2023 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) relocates Bhayangkara Sub-Branch Office (KCP) to Graha Pena KCP to give convenience and comfort for customers to do banking transaction. The new Graha Pena KCP location can be found at Graha Pena Building, Jl. Ahmad Yani No. 88, Ketintang, Gayungan District, Surabaya, East Java.
KCP Graha Pena has been operating from its new location since November 20, 2023. The opening ceremony was attended by the head of BCA Region III Hendrik Sia, Director of PT Graha Pena Jawa Pos Yusche, Deputy Finance Director of PT Jawa Pos Koran Desy Andriani and BCA management on Monday (20/11).
Hendrik Sia stated that digitalization provides easy, convenient, and faster ways for people to conduct banking transactions. However, BCA firmly believes that the function of the Branch Office will remain indispensable. Branch Offices are crucial for creating humanized and personalized face-to-face communication between banks and customers.
"Not all transactions can be fully replaced with digital. BCA consistently embraces the concept of 'hybrid banking' to continue serving customers who are expanding across both online and offline ecosystems. BCA aims to fulfill various financial service and transaction needs of the community while supporting positive economic growth in the area," stated Hendrik Sia.
To facilitate customer transactions easier, the new branch has been equipped with a number of facilities, including ample parking and a banking hall of approximately 100 square meters, providing a larger area for customer convenience. Additionally, the KCP location is in a commercial area and close to shopping areas. Graha Pena KCP is only 200 meters away from the previous location at Komp. Bhayangkara University.
KCP Graha Pena complements BCA's 1,252 branch offices located throughout Indonesia. Notably, over 80% of these branches have integrated state-of-the-art digital tools and applications like the ones in KCP Graha Pena. The process of transforming BCA's branches to digital branches began in 2018, allowing customers to use machines and apps independently while being supported by cutting-edge technology.
