Jakarta, 26 October 2023 – The essay titled ‘Digital Policing: Analyzing Technology’s Role in Police Intelligence Operations to Prevent Cyber Crimes’ authored by AKBP Marzuki Ismail, S.Ag, MH, wins in the STIK Lemdiklat Polri Scientific Essay Competition.
Under the theme “The Precise National Police towards an Advanced Indonesia,” the essay by AKBP Marzuki Ismail, S.Ag, MH, become the winner in the category of Civil Servants and Police Members. Meanwhile, the work by Jaka Ramdani, M. Kesos, with the title ‘Green Police Innovation through the Lens of Precise Police: Collaboration in Preventing and Addressing Damage to the Citarum River,’ won in the general public category.
The winners surpassed numerous entries submitted by members of the Indonesian National Police (Polri), Polri’s civil servants, and the general public. The participants’ written works are expected to generate innovative ideas with the goal of improving the institution’s precision.
The competition that started in early September has received more than 100 written works from two categories, namely Category I (Polri Members) and Category II (General Public). Out of these 100 written works, there are a total of 12 winners who will receive prizes worth Rp75 million. The prizes were directly awarded by the Head of STIK Lemdiklat Polri, Irjen Pol Dr. Nico Afinta, S.I.K., S.H., M.H.
