Jakarta, May 17th 2016 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) and PT GO-JEK Indonesia (GO-JEK) marked their new cooperation agreement with a signing ceremony. The cooperation detailed BCA’s facilitation of Top Up GO-PAY, which aimed to serve as cash management solutions for customers and GO-JEK partner drivers. The cooperation is intended to address the needs of an integrated system between GO-JEK and BCA.
BCA Directors Suwignyo Budiman and Armand W. Hartono, as well as GO-JEK CEO Nadiem Makarim attended the signing ceremony on May 17, 2016 at BCA Tower Floor 22, Jl. MH Thamrin No. 1, Jakarta.
The cooperation reflects BCA goal to improve transaction convenience and comfort for customers and GO-JEK driver. It also answered the increased need to acquire fast and secure transportation and delivery services. GO-JEK welcomed this cooperation by providing BCA the opportunity to optimize its customer service in a display of the bank’s commitment and dedication.
"We hear the demand to synergize all parties and offer a financial solution for every need. This cooperation is in line with the bank's mission to Always Be on Your Side. A digital financial solution facilitates customer needs to procure services conveniently," he added.
Nadiem revealed, the cooperation with BCA will enhance GO-PAY experience, and contribute to the cashless society movement.
"At GO-JEK, we constantly innovate new ways to provide the best service for users. GO-PAY offers convenience for customers and partner drivers by providing a practical and safe payment method, without having to carry cash or change. GO-PAY payment method is available for all GO-JEK services," Nadiem continued.
BCA provides an integrated cash management solution for GO-JEK. First, using BCA Virtual Account (VA), such as e-banking BCA, ATM BCA, KlikBCA, m-BCA, and BCA Mobile, customers and GO-JEK partner drivers can enjoy easy GO-PAY Top Up. Customers and GO-JEK partner drivers simply need to enter the company code and their phone number to PAY-GO Top Up on BCA Virtual Account transfer menu.
In addition, BCA also provides Host-to-Host (H2H) ERP Integration solutions, providing convenient GO-JEK transactions and fund transfer between GO-JEK accounts and GO-JEK partner driver account.
"The main aims of BCA are to optimize the utilization of app technology and support ongoing national programs. BCA’s support for GO-PAY Top Up is expected to integrate cash management solutions and provide convenient GO-JEK transactions," Armand concluded.
