Jakarta, 30 August 2024 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) held the BCA Young Community (BYC) Meet The Fest at City Hall Pondok Indah Mall 3, Jakarta, on Friday (30/8). This groundbreaking event aimed to foster business collaboration among young entrepreneurs, to boost the local economy and create new job opportunities.
BCA President Director Jahja Setiaatmadja expressed, “As a national banking institution, BCA also carries the duty and responsibility to nurture the entrepreneurial skills of the younger generation. This is essential to empower the younger generation to shape the global economy in the future. In line with this commitment, we organized BYC Meet The Fest as a forum for young entrepreneurs to exchange ideas, discover business opportunities, and expand their networks.”
BYC serves as a platform for young BCA Solitaire and Prioritas customers, as well as the second generation of BCA Solitaire and Prioritas customers, ranging from 18 to 35 years old. This event aims to provide BYC members with the opportunity to network, gain insights, and discover new business opportunities. It allows young customers to explore business ideas and forge partnerships with entrepreneurs from various regions and industries.
As of June 2024, over 20 percent of BCA Solitaire and Prioritas customers are part of the younger demographic, and this trend has been steadily rising in recent years. This growth reflects the ongoing regeneration of the BCA Solitaire and Prioritas customer base. It also aligns with the company’s efforts to improve banking services relevant to BYC members.
BCA regularly holds monthly BYC Gatherings to discuss various current issues relevant to young entrepreneurs. These gatherings serve as the foundation for organizing BYC Meet The Fest.

Several topics, from business digitalization and youth empowerment for the nation’s future to cultural transformation and leadership amidst growing global challenges, highlighted the discussions at BYC Meet The Fest 2024. BCA also facilitated networking sessions and showcased booths from BYC members, highlighting their creative and innovative products.
There were also booths from BCA and its partners offering various solutions and services to support the business growth of young customers. The event also featured a Bakti BCA booth showcasing several products from BCA-assisted MSMEs and highlighted the company's contributions to empowering individuals, communities, and ecosystems. These efforts are implemented through various programs under Bakti BCA.
The BYC Meet The Fest 2024 activity was also filled with entertainment, including a performance by musician Vidi Aldiano, who was invited to deliver a special performance for all participants.
