BCA Operational Schedule During Vesak Day Holiday 2024

 

Jakarta, 21 May 2024 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) is adjusting its branch office operational schedule for the Vesak Day holiday in 2024. This adjustment follows the holiday schedule and collective leave set by the government on May 23-24, 2024.

The following are the operational adjustments of BCA branch offices during the holiday and collective leave of the Vesak Day 2024:

Weekend Banking Services

During this period, customers can access BCA banking services anywhere and anytime through the myBCA application, BCA mobile, internet banking (KlikBCA), and BCA ATMs. All BCA branch offices will resume normal operations on Monday, May 27, 2024.

BCA President Director Jahja Setiaatmadja said, “Observing the diverse needs of customers, BCA consistently promotes hybrid banking services that can be accessed both online and offline. BCA is ready to serve customers' transaction needs 24 hours a day through digital services on the myBCA app, BCA mobile, internet banking (KlikBCA), as well as through tens of thousands of BCA ATMs. Customers can also use cardless features on BCA mobile and myBCA to deposit and withdraw cash at BCA ATMs without needing their ATM card. We hope that BCA's various services can assist customers in meeting various financial needs, including during the holiday period and Waisak Day 2024.”

During the Waisak Day holiday, individuals and customers who want to open a new account can do so via the BCA mobile and myBCA applications. Additionally, customers can easily perform various transactions, such as QRIS payments, Flazz top-ups, as well as paying for and recharging data packages using the myBCA and BCA mobile applications. Specifically on myBCA, customers can utilize the Paylater feature to meet urgent needs with the option of payment later. BCA Paylater service can be used by customers after registering through the myBCA application.

Layanan tersebut juga dapat diakses di beberapa cabang yang memiliki layanan weekend banking. Kantor cabang BCA yang melayani transaksi B2B Pertamina offline pada 25 dan 26 Mei 2024 adalah KCU Bandung, KCU Semarang, KCU Malang, KCU Solo Slamet Riyadi, KCU Palembang, KCU Medan, KCU Denpasar, KCU Galaxy, KCU Kelapa Gading. For offline transactions to receive payments for Pertamina products (Pertamina B2B), customers can access them on Friday, May 24, 2024, at KCU Madiun. This service can also be accessed at several branches that offer weekend banking services. BCA branch offices serving offline Pertamina B2B transactions on May 25 and 26, 2024, are KCU Bandung, KCU Semarang, KCU Malang, KCU Solo Slamet Riyadi, KCU Palembang, KCU Medan, KCU Denpasar, KCU Galaxy, and KCU Kelapa Gading. Services at each branch office are carried out according to the weekend banking service time.
