Jakarta, 7 February 2023 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) adjusts its branch office operational schedule to celebrate Isra Mikraj and Chinese New Year 2575 (2024 AD). The adjustment follows the government's previously announced holiday and collective leave schedule, starting Thursday, 8 February 2024, and concluding on Saturday, 10 February 2024.
BCA branch office operational schedule during 2024 Isra Mikraj and Chinese New Year Holiday will be adjust as follows:
During this period, customers could access BCA banking services anytime, anywhere through the myBCA application, BCA mobile, internet banking (KlikBCA), and BCA ATMs across regions. Additionally, customers could continue using BCA services at branch offices that offer weekend banking on Sunday, 11 February 2024. All BCA branch offices will operate normally on Monday, 12 February 2024. List of branch offices that operate on 11 February 2024 can be found on BCA Official Website.
BCA President Director Jahja Setiaatmadja stated, “Banking from anywhere has become essential for customers to transact without being limited by distance or time. Therefore, BCA is committed to providing integrated banking services 24 hours a day, including during holiday periods and collective leave for Isra Mikraj and Chinese New Year, accessible through myBCA application, BCA mobile, KlikBCA, and over 19,000 BCA ATM networks. Moreover, customers can conveniently use the cardless feature in BCA mobile and myBCA to deposit and withdraw cash at ATMs without needing a physical card.”
Customers can keep using myBCA for various transactions such as making payments with QRIS, adding credit to Flazz for travel, paying bills, and recharging mobile data plans, among other options.
Moreover, myBCA has integrated a Paylater feature, allowing customers to address sudden financial needs with the flexibility of paying at a later date. To access BCA's Paylater service, customers must initially register through myBCA application.
BCA also adjusts its operational services to facilitate offline transactions for accepting payments for Pertamina products (B2B Pertamina). Customers can continue to access B2B Pertamina offline services on Friday, 9 February 2024 at KCU Matraman, KCU Madiun, and KCU Solo Slamet Riyadi.
