Committed to Improving Leadership and HR Potential, BCA is Recognized as Indonesia Best Company in Creating Leaders from Within 2023

Jakarta, 6 December 2023 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) recognized as “Indonesia Best Company in Creating Leaders from Within 2023”, an award organized by SWA and NBO Indonesia, a licensed Training and Consulting company in Indonesia. The evaluation was based on a presentation that assessed BCA’s adept application of leadership principles with a focus on Human Resources (HR) competencies in HR Management. This accomplishment strengthens BCA’s dedication in implementing HR Excellence practices, also reinforcing its commitment to enhance the capacity and capability of its talents to emerge as effective leaders.
