BCA Operational Schedule During 2023 Eid Al-Fitr Holiday

JAKARTA, 17 April 2023 - Entering Eid Al-Fitr 2023 season, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) adjusts the operational schedule of its branch offices during the holiday. The adjustment follows the government's previously announced holiday schedule on April 19, 20, 21, 24, and 25, 2023.

BCA branch office operational schedule adjustments during the Eid Al-Fitr 2023 holiday are as follow:

 *Serves all transaction except foreign exchanges, SKNBI, and RTGS

BCA Branches operations will resume on April 26, 2023. In order to prevent failed debit transactions for credit facilities during the Eid Al-Fitr holiday, customers are advised to prepare the necessary funds in their auto debit accounts before April 19, 2023.

"We understand that banking from anywhere has become the new standard for operational and banking activities. Therefore, we are committed and ready to serve customer transaction needs for 24 hours during the Eid Al-Fitr holiday period through services available in the myBCA application, BCA Mobile, KlikBCA, and the BCA ATM network. In addition, customers can also take advantage of the cardless feature in BCA Mobile and myBCA so that they can deposit and withdraw cash at ATMs without an ATM card," said BCA President Director, Jahja Setiaatmadja.

In addition to banking operational schedules, BCA also adjusts its operational services for B2B Pertamina, a service to accept and pay Pertamina product sales for Pertamina customers via Host to Host through KlikBCA Bisnis. The service will operate on April 21, 2023, during the Eid Al-Fitr holiday. The BCA branches that serve B2B Pertamina during the 2023 Eid Al-Fitr holiday are KCU Bandung, KCU Blitar, KCU Galaxy, KCU Medan, KCU Madiun, KCU Matraman, KCU Palembang, and KCU Semarang.
