Jakarta, February 23, 2023 - BCA is offering a spectacular promotion for its Motor Vehicle Credit (KKB) and Motorcycle Credit (KSM) programs during the BCA Expoversary 2023 event at ICE BSD, Tangerang Regency. One thing that distinguishes KKB and KSM this year is that BCA ensures accessibility to these programs for all its customers.
Petrus S. Karim, Director of BCA Finance, stated that BCA offers affordable interest rates for KKB during Expoversary 2023, "We offer a special interest rate of 2.66% flat p.a for a tenor of 3 years. In addition, during this Expoversary 2023 event, BCA also provides 0% down payment for several car types."
On the other hand, for KSM, BCA also provides a special offer. Herwandi Kuswanto, President Director of BCA Multifinance, explained, "We also offer a special gift in the form of a 5.66% interest rate for BCA priority and solitaire customers for the purchase of premium motorcycles. In addition, for all BCA customers, we also provide affordable down payments with an interest rate of 6.6%, for a maximum OTR price of IDR 50 million. Moreover, for several furniture brands, we provide 0% interest for KSM with a maximum tenor of 12 months."
Regarding the trend of motor vehicle purchases, Petrus explained that 2023 is the right time to buy a motor vehicle. He explained that the phenomenon of limited supply of vehicles, especially due to the scarcity of microchip components, was one of the main reasons for the sluggish sales of motor vehicles in 2022. "With the chip scarcity situation last year, the most affected were premium cars, so their sales were slightly crawling. However, daily used cars such as Avanza, Xenia, etc. had almost no problems. We hope the situation will be better this year, and together with dealer partners, we can meet the customers' needs. If I talk with automotive friends, they all say that efforts are being made to overcome this problem."
Herwandi added, "We see that before the pandemic, motorcycle production was around 6.3 million units, then in 2022, it returned to 5.5 million units. From the numbers this January alone, it's already 600,000 units. Motorcycle manufacturers have tried hard to meet this need. We are optimistic that this problem can be overcome."
One of the questions raised in this discussion event was, of course, electric vehicles, which are currently the center of attention for the government and industry. BCA Expoversary 2023 features eight electric car brands and four electric motorcycle brands. Although their participation is new to this event, BCA confirms that all interest rate and down payment promotions also apply to electric vehicles.
"If others differentiate, BCA KKB does not differentiate. So, the interest rate offer as mentioned earlier also applies to electric vehicles," said Petrus.
The electric cars present at Expoversary 2023 come from Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, Citroen, etc. Meanwhile, the electric motorcycles showcased at this event are presented by Polytron, Gesits, Smoot, and Selis.
