In addition to branch services, customers may also utilize BCA services, anywhere and anytime, through BCA electronic banking channels, such as internet banking (KlikBCA), BCA mobile as well as performing transactions at more than 17,000 BCA ATMs. For customers wishing to deposit cash, they may use BCA SETAR (Setor-Tarik – Deposit-Withdraw) ATMs scattered in many locations.
Customers in Jakarta, Tangerang and Surabaya may also utilize myBCA digital branches that continue operating throughout the holiday period. Located in malls, myBCA digital branches can be accessed from Monday-Sunday with operating hours between 10.00-22.00. Halo BCA is also ready to serve customers 24 hours at 1500888.
“We will prepare around ±Rp45,7 trillion in this Eid holiday to anticipate the increase on public demand for cash for Eid purposes,” said President of Director of BCA Jahja Setiaatmadja.
BCA also offers ease and convenience for customers with Flazz BCA electronic money payment facilities at tollgates and several promos in various partner merchants including food & beverages, bookstore, rec centers, and many others throughout the homecoming season and holiday.
Information on nearest ATM locations and latest promotions throughout the holidays can be easily obtained via chatting with VIRA on LINE, Facebook Messenger, Kaskus Chat and Google Assistant. Customers are also pampered with the cardless withdrawal service on BCA mobile and Sakuku Plus.
“If you don’t have your wallet with you or do not bring cash, now you can simply use the BCA mobile app or Sakuku Plus and perform a cardless cash withdrawal transaction at BCA ATMs. Note in mind, to avoid unwanted incidents, please do not share your m-BCA/Sakuku PIN and Cash Withdrawal Code with anyone,”
