Supporting HR Quality Development, BCA Organizes Creative Selling Skill Training for Members of 7 BCA Foster Villages

Semarang, 17 April 2018 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) is committed to serving the needs and improving the quality of its products and services by providing creative solutions to customers and the people of Indonesia. In addition, BCA also proactively strives to promote Human Resource potential through the Prime Business Solution program. BCA realizes its commitment by organizing a ‘Creative Selling Skill’ training with the theme of Brave Heart Selling for approximately 30 administrators in 7 BCA Foster Villages.

Attending to open the program was Branch Chief Operating Officer of BCA Semarang Sub-Branch Office Sukarsono Sukarso and Vice President of CSR of BCA Ira Bachtar at The Wujil Resort Hotel, Ungaran, Semarang Regency, Tuesday (17/04). Also attending the training program was Senior Consultant of Qando Coaching Andri Eriek Steven, Chief of Desa Tamansari Banyuwangi Rizal Saputra and Chairman of BPD Desa Terong Belitung Iswandi. The 2-day training, from 17-18 April, was held for the administrators of the 7 BCA Foster Villages, namely Goa Pindul Pentingsari, Wukirsari, Gemah Sumilir, Tamansari, Dusun Kopi Sirap Gunung Kelir, and Belitung Tourism Village. 

“With this training, we hope to contribute to honing skills of the village administrators in order to strengthen the branding and promotion of the available travel packages as well as to develop a marketing strategy and build a positive mental attitude to improve the quality of work,” said Sukarsono.

The ‘Creative Selling Skill’ training will be held in the form of a workshop, where all participants will be trained to be able to promote the tourism village creatively and unique so as to increase economic income in their respective villages. In addition, the administrators will also learn about communication marketing strategy in increasing sales.

“We hope this training will contribute to encouraging creative business opportunities for the local community, provide new ideas for innovation, and create new jobs and hasten development in the village in hope of improving the welfare of the community,” added Sukarsono.

Previously, BCA has been proactively conducting Service Excellence Training for the local administrators of Goa Pindul, Pentingsari, Wukirsari, Tamansari, Gemah Sumilir-Pekalongan, and Tinggan-Bali Tourism Village. Not long ago, BCA also held service excellence training for the administrators of a tourism village in West Belitung. In addition to the service excellence training, BCA also holds Online Marketing Training, Leadership Training, and Team Building Training, as well as Benchmarking training for the operators of BCA’s foster villages.
