“We express our gratitude to MURI for the recognition as the Private Bank with Most Cash Recycling ATM Machines in Indonesia. Through the years, BCA increases the composition of Cash Recycling Machines in the BCA ATM network. For customers, these ATMs allow them to perform a 24-hour cash deposit and withdrawal. For the bank, the presence of these ATMs will increase operational efficiency,” said Armand.
The CRM or Deposit/Withdrawal ATM has functions as a cash withdrawal ATM, cash deposit ATM, and non-cash ATM. As of November 2019, the number of BCA’s Deposit/Withdrawal ATM has reached 6,888 units, scattered all across Indonesia. Of these numbers, 49% of them are in the Jabodetabek are, while the remaining 51% are spread outside the metropolitan area. The 6,888th Deposit/Withdrawal ATM is located at KCU Harapan Indah, Bekasi.
The Deposit/Withdrawal ATMs have helped customers with upward mobility and reduce long wait. By using a Deposit/Withdrawal ATM, customers can make direct cash deposits without filling out the form, and it can be done outside business hours, even on holidays. “Therefore, BCA will add massive Deposit/Withdrawal ATMs in the coming years to facilitate our customers,” said Erwan.
