Bukittinggi, 24 January 2019 – Having been established as one of the leading banks of choice, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) is striving to improve quality in various aspects, including convenience and ease of transaction in branch offices. BCA implemented its effort by inaugurating new Main Branch Office (KCU) Bukittingi, West Sumatera.
The ribbon cutting ceremony was carried out directly by Director of BCA Erwan Yuris Ang, accompanied by Head of BCA Regional Office V Lukman, Head of Operations Support of BCA Regional V Ongah Lina, Head of BCA Sub-branch Office (KCP) BUkittingi Stefanus Antony, and Head of KCU BCA Padang Irawady Eddy together with the other BCA management officers in Bukittinggi, Thursday (24/01).
“In order to realize one of BCA’s corporate visions to provide service excellence to customers, we always roll out an update that include a new site to accommodate a convenient transaction for the customers. Today, Bukittingi’s new KCU building is officially operating, offering more ease, security and convenience to the customers and prospective customers in Bukittinggi and its surrounding area, West Sumatera,” explained Erwan.
KCU BCA Bukittinggi, West Sumatera Barat, which was originally located at Jl. Ahmad Yani No. 51 Bukittinggi, will move to Jl. Sudirman No. 59 Bukittinggi. The location transfer was carried out in order to improve customer service. In the new building, customers will be pampered with a more comfortable atmosphere, more spacious parking spaces, more accessible location, a standardized and more orderly queueing system.
“The inauguration of this new building should be able to further improve services for BCA loyal customers as well as prospective customers in Bukittingi, West Sumatera. BCA is grateful for the support that allows the inauguration to run smoothly and as planned,” Erwan concluded.
