Consistently Providing Service Excellence, BCA Wins Two Award from Infobank

Jakarta, 11 March 2020 – PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) continues to provide the best banking solutions and services to customers. As a result of its consistent commitment, the Bank BCA has achieved various achievements. This time, BCA won two awards in two categories at an awarding event initiated by Infobank.

Attending to receive the awards was Director of BCA Henry Koenaifi, Executive Vice President of Commercial Business & SME of BCA Liston Nainggolan, Senior Vice President of Commercial Business & SME of BCA Daniel Darmawan, Head of MSME & SME Business Center of BCA Regional Office IX Salim Sutanto, Head of MSME & SME Business Center of BCA Regional Office X Erna Kusumawati, which were directly submitted by Chief Editor of Infobank Eko Supriyanto in Jakarta, Wednesday (11/03).

“BCA as a leading bank of choice continues to strive to present a variety of the best services and solutions for the customers. The dynamics of rapid technological developments also encouraged us to offer appropriate and relevant banking solutions. In addition, we continue to see the growing demand of home ownership. Therefore, BCA offers the best service for mortgage financing solutions through the KPR BCA program,” explained Henry.

The two awards were the Top SME Lender and the Best Bank in Mortgage. Both of these two titles were awarded to BCA based on an assessment of BCA’s performance and the survey conducted. As of December 2019, BCA had successfully recorded consumer loans growth at 4.3% to Rp158.3tn. Meanwhile, commercial and SME loans increased by 12.0% to Rp202.9tn.

“BCA has consistently channeled capital loans to potential MSMEs that can help build Indonesia’s economy. We are thankful for Infobank for appreciation BCA’s performance.
