Effective January 31, 2025, the phone number for the BCA by Phone service in the Bandung area will change from 022-4241432 to 022-86025100. Starting on this date, 022-4241432 will no longer be accessible.
BCA by Phone is a service that provides banking information and enables non-cash financial transactions via telephone, anytime and anywhere. This service is available to BCA Prioritas, Tapres, Giro, BCA Dollar, Tahapan Gold, and Tahapan customers with a Paspor Platinum Card.
