Home Ownership Loan (KPR) Customer Service via BCA's Official WhatsApp

To enhance the service for KPR BCA customers, as of December 11, 2024, customers who have received KPR approval information can directly communicate and consult with KPR BCA Agent through BCA's Official WhatsApp.

This feature allows customers to consult and get detailed information, such as credit signing schedules or requirements for credit signing.

This feature is available to all KPR BCA customers with KPR processing areas in Jabodetabek, Bandung, Surabaya, Makassar, Malang, Medan, Bali, and Semarang; who have access to 'Chat with a BCA KPR Agent' option.
