Terms and Conditions for the BCA’s 67th Anniversary “Kejutan Bikin Tambah Meriah” Program
A. General Provisions
- Prospective participants (“You”) who intend to participate in the BCA 67th Anniversary Kejutan Bikin Tambah Meriah Program (“Program”) may go to the page on (hereinafter referred to as “Page”) to join the Kejutan Bikin Tambah Meriah game. By participating in the Program, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms of the BCA 67th Anniversary Kejutan Bikin Tambah Meriah programi (“Terms”).
- To participate in the lucky draw of the Kejutan Bikin Tambah Meriah in the Program, you are required to fill in your data consisting of name, mobile phone number, and email address. You are only allowed to register using 1 (one) mobile phone number and email address.
- You must ensure that the data you enter on the Page is correct, complete, and your own. Any consequences arising in connection with errors and/or incompleteness of the data you input on the Page or the entry of data belonging to other parties on the Page by you will be your sole responsibility..
- Participants who win the lucky draw in the Program are entitled to obtain prizes in the form of GrabFood Vouchers – IDR20,000 or IDR50,000 discount and Shopee Vouchers - IDR20,000 or IDR50,000 discount. Such vouchers shall be given in the form of a voucher code that will be sent to the email address submitted by the prospective participant on the Page as referred to in point A.2 above.
- Each prospective participant can join the Kejutan Bikin Tambah Meriah program from 20 February 2024 to 22 February 2024 (“Program Period”). The Kejutan Bikin Tambah Meriah program on the Page will be available during the program period.
- Determination of the Program prize recipients will be determined by random drawing by PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (“BCA”) according to the number of prizes available.
- The number of prizes provided in the Program is 1,200 vouchers, which will be made every day with the following quota:
- 20 February 2024: 402 vouchers
- 21 February 2024: 400 vouchers
- 22 February 2024: 398 vouchers
- The details of the available prize quota are as follows:
- 600 (six hundred) GrabFood Vouchers – IDR20,000 or IDR50,000 discount
- 600 (six hundred) Shopee Vouchers – IDR20,000 or IDR50,000 discount
- The distribution of voucher codes on 20 February starts at 10.00 WIB and on 21-22 February, the distribution will start at 8.00 WIB until the daily voucher code quota has been exhausted.
- Each participant can only get the prize 1 (one) time during the Program Period.
- Participants who have not won a prize in the Program may re-enter the Kejutan Bikin Tambah Meriah lucky draw on the program Page.
B. Terms of Use of Prizes (Vouchers)
- GrabFood Vouchers – IDR20,000 Discount
- the voucher code can be used in the GrabFood app to get IDR20,000 discount for the purchase of all brands within the Grab application
- valid for transactions using BCA Debit and BCA Credit Card payments
- no minimum purchase
- if the total purchase exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance can use OVO or cash
- if the total purchase is less than the voucher value, the remaining amount will be forfeited and will not be added to OVO points
- the maximum validity period of the voucher is 1 year.
- e-Voucher is in the form of a unique alphanumeric code (please note that numbers and letters can sometimes be similar, for example the letter O with the number 0, or the uppercase letter i with the smallercase letter l).
- GrabFood Vouchers – IDR50,000 Discount
- the voucher code can be used in the GrabFood app to get IDR50,000 discount for the purchase of all brands within the Grab application
- valid for transactions using BCA Debit and BCA Credit Card payments
- no minimum purchase
- if the total purchase exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance can use OVO or cash
- if the total purchase is less than the voucher value, the remaining amount will be forfeited and will not be added to OVO points

- Shopee Vouchers are valid for use from 19 February 2024 until 19 May 2024.
- Shopee Vouchers are valid if the User makes a transaction with a minimum purchase of IDR100,000
- discount applies to the purchase of all products in Shopee, except:
- Vouchers (Phone Credit, Data, Gaming, Travel & Tour, Shopping, Event Tickets, ShopeePay Merchant)
- Top-ups (Phone Credit, Internet Plan, E-Money, Roaming)
- Bills (PLN, BPJS, Telkom, PDAM, Postpaid, Credit Installment)
- Tickets (Train, Airplane, Bus)
- Entertainment (Game Voucher, Deals Around Your, Event & Entertainment Tickets)
- Donation & Finance (Donation, Zakat, Capital Loan)

- All Financial Products

- Over-the-Counter Medicines
- The sub-categories of Precious Metals, Precious Jewelry, Starter Packs for Prepaid SIM Card, and E-Money.
- Shopee Vouchers are valid for recipients of the voucher code during checkout on the Shopee app.
- Shopee Vouchers can be used exclusively for purchases that are shipped using Hemat, Reguler, or Kargo delivery.
- During the Redemption Period, 1 (one) Shopee User is only entitled to make 1 (one) Shopee Voucher redemption. Shopee detects that if 1 (one) User has multiple active accounts then all transactions made by multiple accounts will be deemed to be made by 1 (one) User. Shopee reserves the right to cancel transactions, withdraw discount or cashback awards, freeze accounts or if necessary take other actions in accordance with Policy and/or applicable laws in Indonesia, if Shopee detects excessive and inappropriate use of Shopee Vouchers made by Users with multiple active accounts in violation of Shopee Policy and/or applicable laws in Indonesia.
- the issuance and use of Shopee Vouchers is subject to the Shopee Policies. Shopee reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions and the use of Shopee Vouchers subject to the Shopee Policies.

- Distribution of voucher codes starts from 8 A.M every day during the Program period until the daily voucher code quota runs out.
- If the value of the transaction you make using the voucher is less than the value of the voucher you receive, then you cannot claim or request a refund for the remaining unused voucher value.
- In the event that based on BCA’s assessment or findings there are indications of fraud or any cheating committed by You to win the prizes in the Program, BCA has the right to limit and/or terminate your access to the Program. BCA has the right to unilaterally cancel the awarding of prizes to You if based on BCA’s assessment (i) You have violated these Terms and/or obtained prizes in the Program from the results of fraud or methods that are contrary to these Terms; and/or (ii) You are indicated to have committed or been involved in other acts of fraud/violation in participating in the Program.
C. Other Terms
- The prize winners in this Program are free of charge in any form.
- BCA, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify winners who do not fulfil and/or violate these Terms.
- BCA reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms which will be notified to You in any form and through any means in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
- In the event of force majeure, BCA has the right to:
- postpone or stop the implementation of the Program; and/or
- postpone or cancel the awarding of prizes in the Program; and/or
- shorten or extend the Program Period;
- You hereby declare that you have fully understood the contents of these Terms.
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia.
- If a dispute arises in connection with the interpretation and implementation of these Terms, you hereby agree to resolve the dispute by deliberation to reach consensus. Any dispute or difference of opinion that cannot be resolved amicably by BCA and you will be resolved through banking facilitation at Bank Indonesia or the Financial Services Authority or mediation conducted through an alternative Dispute Resolution Institution listed in the List of Alternative Dispute Resolution Institutions established by the Financial Services Authority. If the dispute cannot be resolved through deliberation, banking facilitation, and/or mediation as referred to above, you hereby agree to resolve the dispute through the Central Jakarta District Court, without prejudice to BCA’s right to file a lawsuit or claim through another District Court within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.
