BCA fully supports the government policies in efforts to prevent and combat the Covid-19 pandemic. As a form of support for the government’s policy on the National Economic Stimulus as a Countercyclical Policy, BCA established a policy regarding debt restructuring.
In connection with the latest conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic, BCA is very concerned and deeply empathetic. We principally fully support the government policies in efforts to prevent and overcome the Covid-19 pandemic.
As a form of BCA’s support for the government policies stipulated in the POJK No.11/POJK.03/2020 concerning the National Economic Stimulus as a Countercyclical Policy, we hereby inform you the following information:
- BCA provides relief to debtor customers affected by Covid-19 in the form of an adjustment to payment of obligations.
- BCA provides relief/debt restructuring in several forms tailored to the debtor’s condition and/or business.
