However, some Android/Huawei users may encounter issues where the applications crash or won’t open after an update. To address these problems, you can follow these steps:
- Disable the Accessibility Service feature, or
- Turn off the Assistant/Assistive Ball Menu on your device.
*The name of the feature or menu may differ depending on the type of smartphone.
By following the steps above, you can comfortably and safely perform financial transactions using the BCA mobile and myBCA applications. Please update your myBCA app with minimum version 1.28.1 and BCA mobile app with minimum version 4.5.0 for better transaction convenience and security.
