You need your BCA ID to be able to make transactions through myBCA or log into the haloBCA application. However, if you happen to forget your BCA ID, please follow these steps to get your BCA ID back.
Solution If You Forgot Your BCA ID
If you forget your BCA ID, you will not be able to access myBCA and haloBCA applications and need to recover your BCA ID first to be able to access myBCA or log in to the haloBCA app.
BCA ID recovery can be done through the myBCA or haloBCA application through the following steps:
- Open the myBCA or haloBCA application
- Click “Lupa BCA ID” found under the password field
- Enter the email address used to register BCA ID in myBCA application or haloBCA application, click “Kirim”
- Check the incoming email containing the BCA ID
- Login again to myBCA or the haloBCA app to use the BCA ID shown in the email
If you don’t remember which email is linked to your BCA ID, you can also recover it by entering your account number and ATM card number. The steps are as follows:
- Open the myBCA or haloBCA application
- Click “Lupa BCA ID” found under the password field
- Click “Lupa email?” found under the send button
- Enter your account number and ATM card number, click “Kirim”
- Check the incoming email containing theBCA ID sent to your linked email
- Login again to myBCA or the haloBCA app to use the BCA ID shown in the email
Besides through myBCA app, you can also recover your BCA ID through the web at mybca.bca.co.id or the haloBCA app.
