General Requirements

  • Indonesian citizens
  • Permanent Employees with minimum 1 year employment at the same company or 2 years total employment
  • Professionals/entrepreneur with minimum 2 years employment at the same field
  • Minimum age 18 years or married
  • Maximum age of 66 years when the credit ends for Professionals/entrepreneur
  • Maximum age of 56 years when the credit ends for Permanent Employees
  • The applicant is obliged to cover insurance (life and fire) with the condition of the banker's clause
  • Willing to sign a credit agreement and APHT (Liability Charge Act)
  • Auto debit payment from the applicant's BCA account

Fees

LOAN APPLICATION FEES

  1. Provision Fee: 1% of the credit limit
  2. Administration Fee: IDR500,000 to IDR1,000,000
  3. Appraisal Fee: IDR1,100,000 to IDR1,500,000
  4. Collateral Binding Fee: as per the notary invoice

INCIDENTAL FEES

  1. Life Insurance Fee: as per the insurance company's confirmation
  2. Loss Insurance Fee: as per the building inspection results
  3. Penalty: 0.2% per day of late payment of unpaid installments
  4. Early Repayment Fee: as per the agreement
  5. Fee of mortgage discharge (HT-el): IDR500,000 (Valid in Jabodetabek as of August 1, 2023)
