BCA is partnering with various merchants to provide convenience and shopping relief with the Cicilan BCA program. Convert your credit card transactions directly at BCA EDC with interest rates starting at 0% and tenures up to 12 months.

Important Information

Convert Your Purchases into Cicilan BCA

  • Via myBCA

  1. Please ensure your myBCA app has been updated to the minimum of version 1.20
  2. Login to myBCA
  3. Select My Account in the bottom right corner then select Credit
  4. Select See Info
  5. Click Convert to Installment on the transaction you want to change to installment
  6. Select Installment Period, click Continue
  7. Check the details, check the statement and click Continue
  8. Enter PIN
  9. Application to change BCA Credit Card transaction to installment has been successfully submitted

  • Via BCA mobile

  1. Select m-BCA

  2. Select menu m-Info, Info Kartu Kredit, then select Transaksi dan Tagihan

  3. Choose Ubah ke Cicilan on the transaction you want to convert to installments

  4. Choose Jangka Waktu Cicilan

  5. Check the change details, check the statement and select Ubah ke Cicilan

  6. Submission of transaction change to installment successfully submitted

  7. Make sure the financial transactions in BCA mobile is activated at BCA Branch Office or Halo BCA

  8. Make sure your BCA Credit Card is connected to BCA mobile

  • At merchants with BCA Installment information

  • Type Cicilan send SMS to 89888

  • Contact Halo BCA 1500888

Terms for Installment Cancellation

  • Early Cancellation of Installment transactions will be subject to a penalty fee of IDR100,000 per transaction.
  • Cancellation of Special Installment transactions for the Free Installment Promo will be subject to a penalty fee of IDR100,000 + the entire remaining installment bill + the amount of the free installment promo.

Become an Installment Merchant

To participate as a Cicilan BCA merchant, merchants can send an email to: layanan_fdm@bca.co.id, by attaching the Installment Program Submission Data.

Terms and Conditions :

  • Valid for all type for BCA Credit Cards
  • Cicilan BCA 0% and Cicilan BCA 0.5% period valid until 31 December 2025
  • Cicilan BCA 0.75% period valid until 28 February 2026
  • Transactions that can be converted are all BCA Credit Card transactions during the period of until 31 December 2025
  • Valid for a minimum transaction of IDR500,000 (Not applicable for combined transactions)
  • Not valid for transaction that already converted as installment, cash advance, interest, and other fees
  • No admin or provision fees
  • Valid for transactions that have been recorded at BCA Credit Card database system
  • Valid for transactions that are not yet due
  • The amount of total transaction will reduce credit card limit

  • Valid for transaction on EDC at all overseas merchant
  • Valid for transactions that are not yet due and have been recorded at BCA Credit Card Visa Corporate database system
  • The amount of total transaction will reduce credit card limit
  • Convert your credit card transaction into Cicilan BCA 0% through:
