ROAD TO PAGELARAN SABANG MERAUKE 2025
Pagelaran Sabang Merauke is an artistic performance that fuses creativity, emotion, and imagination into a captivating show. It showcases the beauty and diversity of Indonesian culture from Sabang to Merauke through a grand, spectacular, and modern stage production. This event is consistently held to ignite a strong sense of pride and nationalism as a unifying force for the nation.
From 2022 to 2024, iForte and BCA successfully held five editions of Pagelaran Sabang Merauke. In 2025, the performance returns with the theme “Hikayat Nusantara”, featuring folk tales from various regions in Indonesia, brought to life through traditional dances, songs, ethnic costumes, and cultural elements that highlight the uniqueness of each area.
Pagelaran Sabang Merauke 2025 will feature a lineup of internationally acclaimed artists, including Yura Yunita, Padi Reborn, Indra Bekti, and many more. The show will also involve hundreds of dancers performing cultural choreography from across the archipelago, along with stunning attractions such as aerial shows, lion dances, cheerleaders, and marching bands. More than 100 traditional and modern musicians will participate, including the Jakarta Concert Orchestra and the Batavia Madrigal Singers.
As part of iForte and BCA’s commitment to cultural preservation and youth participation, the lead-up to Pagelaran Sabang Merauke 2025 includes three major programs: the National Dance Competition “Inspirasi Diri”, the “Parade Inspirasi Diri” featuring over 200 student and professional dancers from more than 127 cities across Indonesia, and The Audition Pagelaran Sabang Merauke.
