• The program applies to Purchase / Periodic Purchase transactions through the Welma feature in the myBCA Application.
• For periodic purchase transactions, the following provisions apply:
  • Purchases that receive the benefit of no fees are only those processed during the program period.
  • Purchases made after the program period will incur the applicable transaction fees at that time.
