Dear BCA Customers,
Effective May 20, 2025, there will be changes to the Safe Deposit Box (SDB) rental fees and key guarantee. These changes apply to all types of SDBs with the following details:

Notes:
For existing SDB customers, price adjustments will be applied based on the following conditions:

| SDB Rental Fee | On the SDB rental renewal date |
| Insufficient SDB Rental Guarantee | Effective starting May 20, 2025 |
- The above fees do not include VAT.
- The key guarantee will be refunded to the lessee when discontinuing the SDB service, as long as the rented SDB remains undamaged.
- The debit will be made from the account designated by You in accordance with the SDB Rental Agreement.
