Starting from February 5, 2025, cash withdrawal transactions via EDC BCA at merchant outlets (“Tunai BCA”) will be subject to a merchant administration fee of IDR4,000 per transaction.
The "Tunai BCA" facility available at various merchants is one of the cash withdrawal alternatives for customers. Cash withdrawals through the ATM BCA network and BCA branch offices remain FREE.
Merchant administration fee ONLY applies to the "Tunai BCA" facility and does NOT apply to other transactions. This fee will be added directly to the value of the cash withdrawal transaction made.
