e-Banking Channels.
Besides Autopay BCA, Prudential premium payment can now be done with Virtual
Account BCA or the Payment & Top Up feature on myBCA.
How to Pay Premiums via myBCA
For myBCA users, follow these steps:
- Open and login to myBCA
- Choose “Insurance” on Payment & Top Up
- Choose the insurance company “Prudential”
- Choose the Source of Fund for payment
- Input Policy Number
- Choose the “Next” button

Check again the payment details, before choosing “Next”
- Input PIN to finish transaction
How to Pay Premiums with BCA Virtual Account
For payment with BCA Virtual Account, ask Agent or Prudential for the
Prudential Premium’s Virtual Account Code, save the BCA Virtual
Account transaction code, and then transfer to BCA Virtual Account with
one of these BCA e-Banking channels:
- myBCA
- BCA mobile
- KlikBCA
- KlikBCA Bisnis
- ATM BCA
