We would like to inform you that, as of 13th March 2024, the operating hours of BCA branches throughout Indonesia will be adjusted to 14.30 local time during the holy month of Ramadan.
For foreign exchange trading services, customers can make transactions through BCA branches at:
- 09.00 – 14.30 local time for Western Indonesia
- 08.00 – 14.30 local time for Central and Eastern Indonesia
Customers can still enjoy various BCA services and products through myBCA, BCA mobile, and KlikBCA, anytime and anywhere. For those who wish to make cash transactions, please use BCA ATMs located throughout Indonesia.
