AGATHA Facility, Cash-Ready Funds for BCA Payroll Employees

Good news for employees of BCA Payroll user companies. Enjoy the AGATHA (Akses GAji Tiap HAri), which is a cash-ready fund that can be withdrawn at any time with an auto-debit full repayment scheme on the payday date.

AGATHA General Terms

  • 1% service fee, minimum Rp35,000 per withdrawal
  • Maximum ceiling of 75% of the total proportional daily salary, maximum employee salary of Rp8 million/month

Submission Steps

  • Go to the AGATHA application page
  • Register/Login to your account on BCA Loan Webform
  • Select the AGATHA facility, then click the Apply button, then enter the payroll account number and mobile phone number linked to the account to get a verification code 
  • Enter the verification code sent to your mobile phone number
  • Upload submission documents (KTP and a selfie while holding your KTP)
  • Enter the credit application information
  • Check the terms and conditions
  • Confirm the AGATHA facility application by entering the OTP code

Fund Disbursement Steps

  • Open the email from BCA Loan Webform, then click the Fund Disbursement button
  • Login to your account on BCA Loan Webform
  • The loan application process will appear, click the “Konfirmasi Pengajuan” button to proceed
  • Click “Konfirmasi” if the loan details shown are correct
  • Enter the verification code sent to your mobile phone number
  • A notification will appear that the loan disbursement is being processed
  • You will receive notification via email if the funds have been disbursed to the account

The AGATHA facility is a new advanced banking product that is currently in the process of limited trials and has not yet obtained a license from the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
