Entering the holy month of Ramadan, BCA makes an adjustment to operating hours of its branch offices. Effective from Tuesday, 13 April 2021, customers can enjoy services at BCA branches until 14.30 local time.
Despite these adjustments, you can still perform any personal transaction using BCA mobile, KlikBCA, and ATM. You can also make various non-cash transactions at Non-Cash ATM BCA and/or make cash deposits at BCA Cash Deposit ATMs.
