  1. Open myBCA app
  2. Login using biometrics/password
  3. Go to Setting menu
  4. Select Debit Card

  6. Select the ‘Change Card’ menu
  7. Chose delivery or branch pick up option
  8. Verify using your PIN
  9. Submission successful
