Here’s how you can update your BCA Credit Card delivery address in the haloBCA app in just a few steps

  1. Open haloBCA app
  2. Log in using biometrics/password
  3. Go to ‘Akun Saya’ menu
  4. Input PIN Transactions to access ‘Akun Saya”
  5. Select ‘Informasi Data Pribadi’
  6. Tap ‘Data Kartu Kredit’
  7. Select your ‘Credit Card Customer Number’
  8. Follow these steps to update your personal information for changing the BCA Credit Card delivery address
  9. Verify your mobile number, and the OTP code will be sent to your registered mobile number
  10. Enter the OTP code, tap ‘Lanjut’, and your BCA Credit Card delivery address update is complete
