Verify Your KlikBCA Email to Keep Your Transactions Monitored

Dear KlikBCA Users,

We need to inform you about the importance of verifying your KlikBCA email. By verifying your email, you will receive notifications for the transactions you make through KlikBCA. This verification process will run starting from 17 November 2024.

When do you need to verify your email? 

  • For new KlikBCA users, you will be prompted to register your details by providing your email address and selecting the preferred language for KlikBCA.
  • For existing KlikBCA users, you will need to verify your email during the login process or by accessing the Administration menu and selecting “Change Email Address”.

What happens if you do not verify your email?

If you choose not to verify your email, you will still be able to proceed with your transactions. However, you will not receive notifications for every transaction on your KlikBCA account. 

Here’s How to Verify Your e-Mail on KlikBCA

There are three ways to verify your KlikBCA email:

1. For new KlikBCA users: During the first-time login 

  • Complete your email registration, check the statement box, and select your preferred language.
  • Check your email for a 6-digit verification code. If you don’t receive the code, you can click the “Resend” button or ensure that the email address you provided is correct.
  • Enter the 6-digit verification code from your email and click “send”.
  • Your email will be successfully verified.

2. For existing KlikBCA users: verification request upon the first login

  • Select ‘VERIFIKASI SEKARANG’.
  • Enter your email and tick the acknowledgement box.
  • Check your email for the 6-digit verification code. If you don’t receive the code, you can click the “Resend” button or ensure that the email address you provided is correct.
  • Enter the 6-digit verification code from your email into the provided field.
  • Enter the KeyBCA Appli 1 response (for Financial customers) and then click "Send".
  • Your email will be successfully verified. Proceed to the main page for your transaction.

3. Verify your email via the Administration menu - Change Email Address

  • Go to the Administration menu and select "Change Email Address". You can use the same email you currently use in the new email address field. Then, tick the acknowledgement box and click “Continue”. A verification code will be sent to the registered email address.
    Note: if you already have completed email verification before, you cannot use the same email address as the current email address when you access “Change Email Address”
  • Check your email for a 6-digit verification code. If you do not receive the verification code, you can click the “Resend” button or ensure that your email address is correct.
  • Enter the 6-digit verification code from your email into the provided field.
  • Enter the KeyBCA Appli 1 response (for Financial customers) and then click "Send".
  • Your email change is successful.
