BCA ID and password are required to log in to myBCA or haloBCA. If you have forgotten your BCA ID password, you can reset your password. Resetting BCA ID Password can be done directly through myBCA or the haloBCA app.
How to Reset Password via myBCA
If you need to reset your myBCA password, do the following steps.
- Open myBCA app
- Select Reset Password under the password column. If your BCA ID is blocked, call Halo BCA first at the 1500888 or through the haloBCA application to unblock it. After that, just reset the password.
- Enter your BCA ID and ATM card number
- Enter the new password and repeat the new password
- Enter myBCA PIN
- Select the phone number to be sent OTP
- Enter the OTP sent to the phone number
- BCA ID rassword reset successful
To ensure that the new password is correct, log in with the BCA ID and new password. If it is successful, it means that the reset has been successful and can be used to access myBCA or the haloBCA app.
Besides myBCA, you can also reset your password through the haloBCA app using the same method.
