Foreign Currency Transfer via myBCA are available for 16 foreign currencies
and Rupiah* with competitive exchange rates and fees. myBCA can be accessed
through application on smartphone or web browser, so all you need is a mobile
device or computer that connected to the internet and you can easily conduct
your transactions at your own convenience.
Utilize the upload document feature in the
Underlying Documents menu on myBCA for foreign currency
transactions exceeding the threshold.

Guidelines for Foreign Currency Transfer
- Log in to myBCA
- Select “Transfer”
- Select “Transfer Forex to Other Banks”

Choose the beneficiary account from beneficiary list or select
"Transfer to new beneficiary" if the beneficiary account is not
registered.

Select Forex Pocket Account/Other Accounts as the source of funds.
Forex Pocket Accounts are marked with IDR/FOREX in
the description below the account number

Choose Transaction Currency and
Source Currency, and complete the
transfer amount

Choose Full Amount and Value Date Today services (optional) and other
informations
- Choose “Promotion Code”
- Click “Continue”

If the accumulated foreign currency purchase in a month has reached
the threshold of above equivalent USD 100,000, please upload document
underlying in the Underlying Documents menu

Ensure the transaction details, then click “Continue”

Transfer successful
(marked with a green check mark at the very top of the page)
Transactions are
required to provide underlying documents for these
condition:

the accumulated foreign currency purchase in a month has reached the
threshold of above (≥) equivalent USD 100,000
How to Upload Underlying Documents
- Log in to myBCA
- Select “Transfer”
- Select “Underlying Documents”
- Select “Upload Documents”
- Select “Beneficiary Country”

Click “Upload Document” to submit underlying documents

Complete the information about Document Type, Document Number,
Beneficiary Bank, Beneficiary Account No., Beneficiary Name, and
Amount
- Click “Continue”
- Ensure the completed data, then click “Continue”
- Enter the transaction PIN
- Underlying documents submission will be processed
How to Check Underlying Documents Verification Status
- Log in to myBCA
- Select “Transfer”
- Select “Underlying Documents”
- Check the uploaded documents verification status

“Approved” can be
used for Foreign Currency Transfer transaction
