e-Statement is a report that contains account statements, credit card information and bills, portfolio of fund products, credit products, investment products and tax withholding statements owned by customers.
It is typically used for personal financial management, monitoring investment performance, and business transaction
matching.
You can check your e-Statements through myBCA online including savings accounts, current accounts, credit cards, tax withholding statements, and customer portfolio reports. This feature allows you to view e-Statements from the last few years on a monthly cycle.
Here’s how to check e-Statements via myBCA:
How to Check e-Statement for Savings and Current Account
- Log in to myBCA
- Select Others
- Select e-Statement
- Select Savings & Current Accounts
- Select an account (if you have more than one) and then select period
- The e-Statement will appear based on the period you selected, click the download icon to download the e-Statement
How to Check Credit Card and Paylater e-Statement
- Log in to myBCA
- Select Others
- Select e-Statement
- Select Credit Card and Paylater
- Select your Customer No. (if you have more than one) and then select period
- The e-Statement will appear based on the period you selected, click the download icon to download the e-Statement
How to Check e-Statement for Customer Portfolio Report
- Log in to myBCA
- Select Others
- Select e-Statement
- Select Customer Portfolio Report
- Select the report type and then select period
- The e-Statement will appear based on the period you selected, click the download icon to download the e-Statement
How to Check e-Statement of Tax Withholding Document
- Log in to myBCA
- Select Others
- Select e-Statement
- Select Withholding Tax Receipt
- Choose period type (monthly or annual), then select the period you want to view
- e-Statement will appear according to the selected type and period, click download icon to download e-Statement
