To maintain the security and convenience of using BCA Credit Cards, you can use the BCA credit card control feature to limit credit card transactions through BCA mobile application or myBCA. With this feature, cardholders have the complete power to enable or disable restrictions on transaction types, directly from their mobile phones.
The types of transactions that you can control include:

Domestic transactions
Domestic Transactions using BCA credit cards -
International transactions
International transactions using BCA credit cards -
e-Commerce transactions
Online transactions using BCA credit cards -
Contactless transactions
Transactions using BCA credit cards on EDC machines with Contactless logo. Simply brings the BCA credit card closer to an EDC machine with a Contactless logo.
- Log into m-BCA, and select m-Admin
- Select the “Kontrol Kartu Kredit” menu
- Select the credit card you want to control and then click Send
- Slide the toggle to the right until it’s green to activate the transaction. Slide the toggle to the left until it is gray to disable the transaction. Then click Send
- Read once more for confirmation. If it is correct, click OK
- Enter your m-BCA PIN
- A confirmation will appear if the “Kontrol Kartu Kredit” has been successful
If you don’t have myBCA or BCA mobile, you don’t need to worry. This can be done through Halo BCA. Contact Halo BCA at 1500888 or via the haloBCA app using your internet quota. Verify and then report to customer service if you want to control your credit card.
