Previously, you can access this information via KlikBCA and BCA mobile, but now you can also do it through myBCA. Furthermore, you can also check your BCA credit card limit, and transaction history, and obtain e-statements for the past 12 months.
So, how do you find out the BCA credit card limits, transaction history, and bills on myBCA?
Let’s check the steps below.
First, make sure the BCA credit card customer number has been connected to the BCA ID on myBCA.
- Log in to myBCA
- Select the “Akun Saya” menu
- Select “Kontrol Akun”
- Select “Personalisasi BCA ID”
- Check the “ Customer Kartu Kredit” and click “Simpan”
Once the card is connected, follow these steps to check your BCA credit card information or e-statement.
- Log in to myBCA
- Select the “Akun Saya” menu
- Select the Customer Number under the "Informasi Kartu Kredit" menu
- Check the remaining credit limit or click “Lihat Info Saldo” to view details
- For any information related to the transaction history or bills, select the card you want to check and click the "Transaksi" or "Tagihan" tab.
Furthermore, if you wish to obtain e-statements, see the steps below.
- Log in to myBCA
- Select the “e-statement” menu
- Select “Kartu Kredit”
- If you have more than one Customer Number, select the number you wish to check
- |Select the e-statement period to see and click “Tampilkan”
- e-statement will appear according to the period you selected
- Log in to myBCA
- Selec the “Akun Saya” menu
- Select the Customer Number under the "Informasi Kartu Kredit" menu
- Click the “Tagihan” tab, then click “Lihat e-statement”
- If you have more than one Customer Number, select the number you wish to check
- Select the e-statement period to see and click “Tampilkan”
- e-statement will appear according to the period you selected
