Stay Up to Date To Optimize Your e-Banking Experience with the Latest Browser and OS

BCA e-banking (KlikBCA Individu, BCA mobile, myBCA, Sakuku, and OneKlik) users, do you know the importance of updating your smartphone’s Operating System (OS) periodically?

 

If your smartphone’s OS is not supportive, you cannot access e-banking on your smartphone smoothly.

Thus, you are highly suggested to update your browser and OS periodically to make sure your BCA e-banking experience goes smoothly.

Today, your BCA e-banking can only be accessed through browsers with below minimum versions.

To know if your smartphone’s OS is already on the criteria above, you can ensure it by doing the following steps:

2. Then choose “System”

3. Then choose “About Phone”

4. Check “Android Version”
If it is already version 7 or higher, then your smartphone’s OS has fulfilled the criteria. If it is not, go to step 5 (give).

5. Choose “Settings”

6. Then choose “System”

7. Choose “System Update”

8. Update if available

9. Recheck your smartphone’s OS (steps 1 to 4)

3. Then choose “About”

4. Check “Version”
If it is already version 7.0 or higher, then your smartphone’s OS has fulfilled the criteria. If it is not, go to step 5 (give).

5. Choose “Settings”

6. Then choose “General”

7. Choose “System Update”

8. Update if available

9. Recheck your smartphone’s OS (step 1 to 4)
