Log in to www.klikbca.com and select the Consumer Credit Information menu. The information available includes:

The installment table show the outstanding principle as of December 31 of the previous year where it can be used as appendix to the Annual Tax Report.

BCA mobile

The BCA Mobile application is available on the Google Play Store or the App Store. After register and log in, select m-bca, then m-Info menu, and check consumer credit option, click on Loan Inquiry.

myBCA

You can download myBCA application from the Google Play Store or the App Store. Then Select the Consumer Credit option.

You can get the information regarding all your BCA mortgage loan*. The information available includes:

  • Contact Halo BCA to make an appointment to retrieve payoff documents. The documents can be collected 3 days (working days) after contact Halo BCA.
  • The debtor arrives as an appointment and must bring the identity card (E-KTP) & a receipt for the collateral.
  • The payoff documents must be collect by the debtor and cannot be authorized. 
  • To obtain the payoff documents, you can visit the BCA Mortgage Service Office listed below on working days, Monday through Friday, from 08:30 to 15:00 local time:
