Important Information

• Main features
  • Merchants are able to accept credit or debit card transactions from all banks (domestic and international) that use BCA card, Visa Mastercard, JCB, and Amex logos.
  • 0% installment facilities for up to 36 months for BCA credit card users.
  • Perform Void and Refund actions directly from the dashboard provided by BCA
  • Monitor transaction history in real time via the dashboard provided by BCA
  • A reward redemption feature where BCA card holders can use the rewards on their BCA credit card when making transactions at BCA PG.
  • A Dynamic Currency Converter (DCC) feature that allows merchants to process card transactions issued by parties abroad, that are eligible as a funding source in which the cardholder can select their country’s currency allowing said cardholder to be able to know the amount that will be charged by the issuing bank.
  • A payment link feature that allows customers to conduct E-commerce transactions through a unique link provided by BCA PG (without having to go through the merchant’s site)

• Terms and Conditions
  • The merchant has met the following criteria for BCA merchants
    • The business practice or non-profit institution/entity does not violate any legal provisions.
    • Not a blacklisted merchant.
  • Takes the form of a business entity
  • The business entity must have a business permit from a regulator.
  • The business is not included in the following prohibited types of businesses:
    • Cross Border merchant (Except airlines) *.
    • Trading goods/services that violate intellectual property rights.
    • Pornography, violence, illegal drug trafficking, gambling, and actions that violate legal norms and overall decency.
    • Business entities that are illegal or prohibited by regulators
  • Owns an IDR Giro account as a BCA E-commerce Acquiring Merchant settlement account.

Note:

• Airline Merchants will receive special assessments and approval from BCA.

Fees and Limit

• Merchants will be charged a MDR Fee (%) per transaction.
• Merchants are not charged monthly or integration fees.

Notes:
*) Merchant Discount Rare can be adjusted based on negotiation and BCA Business team agreement
**) Value that received by merchant during transaction is the value of transaction subtracted by Merchant Discount Rate that has be agreed on Memorandum of Understanding
