Key Features of Virtual Account BCA

  • The Virtual Account BCA number comprises a maximum of 23 digits, wherein the first 5 digits represent a code from BCA as the Company Partner’s identifier, while the following digits are numbers that can be determined by the Company Partner as the Customer’s identifier.
  • The Company Partner can select the following types of services based on their specific needs:
    • Virtual Account BCA
      Information on the Virtual Account BCA number as well as the amount due (if any) is prepared by the Company Partner and then uploaded by the Company Partner via KlikBCA Bisnis, or other facilities that will be notified by BCA.
    • Virtual Account BCA Online
      The Company Partner must have a system that is integrated online (24/7) with the Virtual Account BCA system via the internet or other networks. The Company Partner’s system provides the Virtual Account BCA number as well as the amount due (if any).
  • The currency available for Virtual Account BCA transactions is IDR.
  • Virtual Account BCA transactions may come from types of bills, namely:
Type of Bill Description

Fixed Amount Bill

The bill is presented to the customer and the transaction can only be paid in full amount (the same amount).

Variable Amount Bill

The bill is presented to the customer, but the transaction amount can be decided by the customer.

No Bill

No bill is presented to the customer, allowing the transaction to be paid in any amount.

  • Virtual Account BCA transactions can be made via the following:
    • BCA e-channel (including but not limited to BCA ATMs, KlikBCA Individu, KlikBCA Bisnis, BCA mobile, myBCA, API BCA, and other channels that will be notified by BCA)
    • Facilities of other banks/other financial institutions (BI-FAST/LLG/RTGS, switching transfer online, inward remittance)
    • Facilities of other parties in cooperation with BCA
  • the Company Partner can obtain Virtual Account BCA transaction reports via BCA e-channels.

Transaction Fees

The Company Partner incurs a transaction fee for Virtual Account transaction, paid upon successful completion by its customers (settled transaction). The fee amount is determined based on the Line of Business (LoB) including Value Added Tax (VAT).

Risks

  • Discrepancies in the Virtual Account BCA transaction resulting from the negligence of transactions actors, such as entering an incorrect Virtual Account BCA number.
  • Online connection disruption (connection timeout) between BCA and the Company Partner, potentially resulting in discrepancies between the Company Partner’s transaction data and the Virtual Account BCA transaction report.*

Requirements and Procedure

  • The Company Partner must be a non-individual business entity.
  • The Company Partner must have a BCA account in the name of the Company Partner for settlement purposes.
  • The Company Partner must have a KlikBCA Bisnis facility.
  • Submissions are made through the branch or relationship manager by filling in and agreeing to the Application Form for Virtual Account BCA Facility and Terms and Conditions for Virtual Account BCA Facility of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk.
  • The Company Partner will receive a Virtual Account BCA Company Code.
  • For the Virtual Account BCA Online, the Company Partner must:
    • conduct network development, testing, and configuration.
    • be able to use the services of the IT Gateway that has entered into a cooperation arrangement with BCA or that is appointed by the Company Partner and approved by BCA.
    • fill out the Application Form and Terms and Conditions for Cooperation on the Application Programming Interface (API) Facility.
    • conduct an API integration with BCA.

The Company Partner with the Virtual Account BCA facility has 10 successful transactions (the cut-off follows BCA batch time) in a single day. BCA will charge the Company Partner’s account the applicable transaction fee rate along with VAT on the transaction fee. Details of the transaction fee calculation are as follows:

total number of transactions x (transaction fee + VAT)

10 transactions x (transaction fee + VAT of the transaction fee *)

Additional Information

  • BCA will credit the transaction funds to the settlement account.
  • The Company Partner is required to educate the customers about the transaction methods.
  • BCA has the right to modify the benefits, fees, and risks, including the terms and conditions for this product and/or service, and such change will be notified by BCA in any form and through any means in accordance with the law. Notice of the changes shall be informed no later than 30 business days prior to the effective implementation.
  • The Company Partner may receive offers for other products from third parties outside of BCA that have entered into a cooperation agreement with BCA if the Company Partner gives consent to BCA to provide the Company Partner’s data to such third parties.
  • The Company Partner may receive offerings of Bank products and/or services and the products and/or services belonging to other parties that have entered into a cooperation with BCA via personal communication channels if the Partner gives consent to BCA to deliver these offers through such channels.
  • All other information regarding the fees, benefits, and risks can be accessed through BCA’s official website at www.bca.co.id.

How to Pay Using Virtual Account BCA


Virtual Account BCA transactions can be made on the following channels:

BCA mobile

1. Open BCA mobile, select the “m-Transfer” menu

2. Select the “BCA Virtual Account” menu

3. Enter the BCA Virtual Account number and click “Send”

4. Check the amount appearing on the screen

5. Enter your m-BCA PIN

6. Transaction is successful

myBCA

1. Open myBCA, select the “Transfer” menu

2. Select the “Virtual Account” menu

3. Enter the BCA Virtual Account number and click “Kirim”

4. Check the amount that appears on the screen and click “Lanjut”

5. Confirm the transaction details and click “Lanjut”

6. Enter your myBCA PIN

7. Transaction is successful

KlikBCA

1. Log in to KlikBCA and select the “Transfer Dana” menu

2. Select the “Transfer ke BCA Virtual Account” menu

3. Enter the BCA Virtual Account number and click “Lanjutkan”

4. Enter the KeyBCA Appli 1 response and click “Kirim”

5. Transaction is successful

KlikBCA Bisnis

1. Log in to KlikBCA Bisnis and select the “Transfer Dana ke BCA Virtual Account” menu

2. Enter the BCA Virtual Account number

3. Check the transaction details and click “Simpan”

4. Select the “Transfer Dana Otorisasi Transaksi” menu

5. Select the BCA Virtual Account transaction that has been saved, click “Setuju”

6. Enter your KeyBCA response and click “Kirim”

ATM BCA

1. Insert your ATM card and enter your ATM BCA PIN

2. Select the “Penarikan Tunai/Transaksi Lainnya” menu

3. Select the “Transaksi Lainnya” menu

4. Select the “Transfer” menu

5. Select the “Ke Rek BCA Virtual Account” menu

6. Enter the BCA Virtual Account number and click “Benar”

7. Check the transaction details and select “Ya”

8. Transaction completed

Virtual Account‘s BCA daily transaction limit is accumulative wherein limits will be reduced to the number or amount of transactions made. This means that if you make top-up transactions for digital wallets/e-money, e-commerce, and fund transfer services, the category limit and daily channel limit will be reduced simultaneously. For example, if you make a transaction using Virtual Account BCA on BCA mobile for e-Commerce of Rp 45,000,000 and top up your e-wallet in the amount of Rp 3,000,000, then your remaining limit will be:
