The following describes each user who can access Ocean:

Ocean by BCA (Ocean) offers a range of features to assist BCA Business Customers and prospective customers in obtaining information, accessing recommended business solutions, and seamlessly using e-channels through a single portal. Below is an overview of the features available on Ocean by BCA:

The following features are available on the Ocean by BCA page before login:

• Quick Access
  A feature to access the BCA business e-Channel page. This page opens in a new tab, and BCA Business Customers as well as prospective customers must log in to access their desired channel. This feature is available before logging in.

  • myBCA Bisnis
  • KlikBCA Bisnis
  • Merchant BCA
  • e-Commerce Merchant Portal
  • Client Trade
  • Bank Garansi Inquiry Online (BAGIO)
  • Website Developer API BCA

• myEcosystem
  myEcosystem is a page that provides information on Value-Added Services (VAS) solutions to help customers find various business solutions and offerings from BCA’s partner companies. The available categories in myEcosystem include Invoicing, Insurance, Financing, HR Management, Tax, and more. This page can be accessed before logging in.

• Product
  A feature that recommends business solutions based on the business sector of BCA customers or prospective customers. Several business sectors are available, including General, Trading, Fashion & Beauty, Food & Beverages, Automotive & Transportation, Tourism & Hospitality, Property, Insurance, Education, Multifinance, Securities, Manufacturing, and Oil & Gas. The solution recommendations for each sector include various product categories such as Accounts, Transactions, Loans, Investments, Insurance, and other digital solutions. This feature can be accessed before logging in.

• Leave Contact Form
  A feature that allows BCA Business Customers and prospective customers to apply for BCA and partner business products and services. With this feature, users can select the desired BCA and partner business products and services or describe their business needs for further follow-up by BCA. This feature can be accessed before logging in.

The following features are available on Ocean by BCA after login:

• Direct Access to myBCA Bisnis
  Visitors to the Ocean by BCA website who already have the myBCA Bisnis facility can log in using their Corporate ID and myBCA Bisnis User ID to access Ocean by BCA. Once logged into Ocean, customers can select Direct Access to myBCA Bisnis, which will open a new tab with myBCA Bisnis already logged in.

• Business Dashboard
  Customers who have logged in using their myBCA Bisnis Corporate ID and User ID can view account information according to their account access settings on myBCA Bisnis. Customers can select up to five accounts to display their balance position over a specified period. Additionally, they can view total cash flow and transactions details based on the selected accounts and time period, with data available for up to one year. This feature is accessible after logging in.

• Customers can access additional services from BCA and its partners through the Ocean by BCA service center on both mobile and desktop, anytime and anywhere.
• Assist in obtaining recommendations for BCA and partner company business solutions based on business sectors.
• Simplify access to BCA’s business e-channels through a single website.
• Submit applications for BCA business products and services via the Leave Contact Form.

• Potential disruptions to the system network or connection that may render the Ocean website inaccessible.
• Misuse of Ocean, including cases where KeyBCA is lost or stolen, or when the User ID, KeyBCA PIN, and KeyBCA Response are shared with other parties, leading to transaction data leaks due to customer negligence.
• Product recommendations may not always align with the needs of BCA customers or prospective customers.

• Prospective Ocean customers include Corporate or Organizational Customers, Individual Business Customers, Banks or Remittance Companies/Non-Bank Fund Transfer providers that hold accounts at BCA.
• Ocean registration can be completed at the nearest BCA branch by filling out and signing the myBCA Business Form and the myBCA Business Terms of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA).
• Ocean by BCA is accessible via the Ocean by BCA website at https://ocean.bca.co.id/id.

Ocean Customers can submit inquiries and complaints through:

• Every Ocean owner customer who intends to register, modify, or delete data related to their Corporate ID, User ID, or KeyBCA must complete the myBCA Bisnis Form.
• Ocean owner customers are prohibited from using Ocean facilities/services for any actions that violate or contradict moral standards, religious values, public order, laws, or applicable regulations.
• Without prior written approval from BCA, Ocean owner customers are prohibited from using myBCA Bisnis facilities/services to offer commercial services to third parties, including acting as a fund transfer organizer.
• Ocean owner customers and other User ID holders appointed by them must safeguard their User ID, KeyBCA, and KeyBCA PIN by:
  • Not disclosing their User ID, KeyBCA PIN, or KeyBCA Response to others.
  • Not writing down or storing their User ID, KeyBCA PIN, or KeyBCA Response on desks, terminals, written documents, computer applications, or any other storage medium that could expose them to others.
  • Using their User ID, KeyBCA PIN, and KeyBCA Response carefully to prevent others from seeing them.
  • Avoiding the use of easily guessed KeyBCA PINs, such as birth dates, phone numbers, or simple combinations.
• Corporate ID, User ID, KeyBCA, and KeyBCA PIN may be blocked under the following conditions:
  • The Ocean owner customer closes their myBCA Bisnis facility, resulting in the Corporate ID being blocked.
  • The User ID is blocked after three consecutive incorrect KeyBCA Response attempts when making transactions.
  • The KeyBCA is blocked if there are three consecutive incorrect KeyBCA PIN attempts, or if it is reported as lost or damaged.
• If the Corporate ID, User ID, or KeyBCA is blocked, the Ocean owner customer must contact BCA.
• A notification will be provided 30 (thirty) working days before the effective date of the change.
• Customers may receive product offers from third parties that cooperate with BCA if they grant BCA permission to share their data with these parties.
• Customers may receive offers for BCA products and/or services, as well as products and/or services from third parties that cooperate with BCA, via personal communication channels if they have given BCA permission to do so.
