GoodFriends, in accordance with Google discontinuing support for Conversational Actions for Google Assistant, the VIRA (Virtual Assistant Chat Banking BCA) service will no longer be accessible on the Google Assistant platform as of 13 June 2023. However, GoodFriends can still use the Google Assistant Service as usual.
GoodFriends do not need to worry because VIRA services are still accessible to obtain information and promotions about BCA through the following platforms:
With VIRA services, you can ask for the latest information about promos, exchange rates, BCA branches and ATM locations, and banking security information.
Furthermore, VIRA can also help you check balances, bank statements, and credit card information (remaining limit, bills, and last transactions).
